Lexington A One Horse Town Shirt

In the quirky one-horse town of Lexington, the legend goes that long ago, a wise old rancher declared, "One horse is plenty, any more and we'll have a stampede of chaos!" Whether it was due to a shortage of horseshoes or an abundance of hay disputes, the decree stuck, and the town embraced its unique status. To this day, Paragraph 5 in section b8 of the Lexington city ordinance states that only one horse is permitted within city limits.
